Punjab government makes attendance mandatory from August 11
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Punjab government has made it mandatory for all government employees to ensure office attendance starting from today (Tuesday).
In this regard, a notification has been sent to Senior Member Board of Revenue, Chairman P&D, Additional Chief Secretary Punjab, Additional Chief Secretary Interior and Additional Chief Secretary Energy.
Moreover, a notification has also been sent to the Provincial Administrative Secretaries, Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners posted across Punjab.
It instructs that the offices should be made functional with all staff present from August 11.
The notification said that government employees would be bound to follow government SOPs with reference to Covid-19. In addition to maintaining social distancing, the use of masks and sanitizers to clean hands will also be ensured.
