Citizen injured in unprovoked firing by Indian troops along LoC
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – A civilian was injured after Indian troops resorted to unprovoked firing in Bagsar Sector along the Line of Control (LoC) on Tuesday.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Indian Army once again openly violated international law by firing on the civilian population along the Line of Control (LoC).
“Indian Army troops initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation in Bagsar Sector along LOC targeting civil population. Due to indiscriminate fire of Indian troops, an innocent civilian Babar Hussain, resident of Mehtika village got injured.”

Earlier last week, Four civilians were injured as Indian Army resorted to unprovoked firing along the Line of Control.
DG ISPR said that civilians were targeted in Dera Sher Khan, Sandhara and Bamroch villages of Jandrot Sector and four civilians had been critically injured in the firing, including two women and two children.
The Pakistan Army spokesman said in a tweet that the injured included 26-year-old Miss Nasreen from Sandhara village, 24-year-old Rabia and 7-year-old Momina from Dera Sher Khan and 7-year-old Munshi from Bamroch.
The injured children and women hade been rushed to a nearby hospital by the Pakistan Army for medical treatment.
