No discussion on Nawaz Sharif's medical report in meeting with PM Imran: Dr Yasmeen
She said the former prime minister wasnt even hospitalized even after the passage of 16 months.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid on Wednesday said that the matter regarding former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif’s medical report didn’t come under discussion during her meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Speaking exclusively to Dunya News on Wednesday, she said that the former prime minister wasn’t even hospitalized even after the passage of 16 months.
The provincial minister said that the cabinet had sought Sharif’s medical report four times but they did not cooperate with the government.
To a question, Dr Yasmeen said that Fawad Chaudhary isn’t a doctor but he has his own stance, adding that the Punjab government has announced its decision regarding PML-N supremo’s medical report.
During the meeting with PM Imran, she said matters related to insurance cards of staff members of the Layyah hospital and other government employees came under discussion.
This was a routine meeting in which matters pertaining to Nawaz Sharif were not discussed.
