Lahore: Fire gutted 20 shops in China Sale Centre Market
Valuables worth million of rupees were destroyed by the fire at China Sale Centre Market in Lahore.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Fire erupted at a shop in China Sale Centre Market situated at Model Town Link Road in Lahore on Wednesday which spread very quickly and engulfed 20 other shops in the market, Dunya News reported.
Twelve Rescue 1122 vehicles and heavy contingent of police reached the spot after being informed and brought the fire under control after a hectic effort of two hours.
Rescue sources said that no casualty was reported in the incident, however, valuables worth million of rupees were destroyed by the fire. The cause of fire is not yet known.
