Anti-state speech: Case registered against PTM activist Gulalai Ismail
The case was registered in Islamabads Shahzad Town Police Station on Wednesday.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A case has been registered against Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) activist Gulalai Ismail for making anti-state speech and inciting Pashuns against the government and armed forces, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
The case was registered in Islamabad’s Shahzad Town Police Station which also included Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1999 (ATA).
It was stated in the FIR (First (Information Report) that Gulalai Ismail delivered an anti-state and hate speech during a protest rally organized in Islamabad against murder and alleged rape of 10-year-old girl Farishta.
It was also stated in the FIR that Gulalai Ismail used foul language against Pakistan and Pakistan Army and deliberately incited Pashuns against the government and armed forces.
