IHC to hear NAB's plea against Nawaz's acquittal in Flagship reference today

A two-member bench of the Islamabad High Court headed by Justice Amir Farooq will hear the case.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear National Accountability Bureau (NAB)’s appeal today (Tuesday) against acquittal of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in the Flagship Investments corruption reference over lack of evidence, Dunya News reported.

A two-member bench of the Islamabad High Court headed by Justice Amir Farooq will hear the case.

The court will also hear Nawaz Sharif plea against sentence in Al-Azizia reference. However, former prime minister has asked for exemption from appearing in the court due to illness.
