Dense fog: Motorway section from Lahore to Pindi Bhattian closed
Motorway police have directed drivers to be careful while driving and avoid unnecessary travelling.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Dense fog has blanketed several cities of Punjab including Lahore on night between Wednesday and Thursday, badly disrupting the road traffic, Dunya News reported.
The Motorway section from Lahore to Pindi Bhattian (M2) was shut down due to poor visibility. Dense fog also disrupted traffic flow at the Grand Trunk Road (GT Road) near Kala Shah Kaku and Khori areas.
The Motorway police have appealed the drivers to use GT Road for travel. The Motorway police have also urged the drivers to drive slowly and switch on fog lights. They also requested people to stay home and avoid unnecessary travelling.
