Concealing the assets comes under Article 62 (1) (f) of the constitution, adds the plea. The petitioner has prayed to disqualify Zardari as he has not remained ‘Sadiq’ and ‘Ameen’.

The petition was forwarded to central secretariat. Sindh Election Commissioner has also contacted secretary ECP over the matter. Notices will be issued to the parties after initial hearing.

He has been accused of owning th apartment in Belaire Condominiums located at 524 East 72nd Street, New York, United States of America.

Speaking to media in reference to the verdict over NAB references against Nawaz Sharif, PTI leader said that the nation will receive good news on December 24.

“JIT has submitted one report. PTI has decided to firstly take action against big guns involved in corruption,” he asserted.

Sherzaman maintained that Zaradri did not mention his foreign property in asset details submitted to ECP.

“We have submitted an application seeking removal of Zardari from NA seat and information about sources behind the property,” he said.
PPP has greatly dented the education system in the province, he added.

“All the institutions are independent. PTI has not pressurized any of them. We have decided not to provide these people NRO,” declared the PTI leader.
