The biased attitude of Indian media depicts the weakness of their country.

NAROWAL (Dunya News) – Indian media while spewing venom against Pakistan begin to run a propaganda when pro-Khalistan leader Gopal Chawla shook hands with Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa during the groundbreaking ceremony of Kartarpur corridor on Wednesday.

Despite of the fact that General Bajwa met indiscriminately with all the guests, India showed the meetup in a prejudiced and selective way.

Indian channels repeatedly broadcasted the clip on their channels claiming that General Qamar had only met Chawla owing to his political views.

However; Chawla while giving a befitting reply to the propaganda maintained that he is fortunate to have shaken hands with the army chief.

Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor also took to twitter and bashed the India media for its myopic view of the meeting.

Earlier, the Indian media had severely bashed Navjot Singh Sidhu for attending oath taking ceremony of Prime Minister Imran Khan and later hugging Army Chief.

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday performed the ground-breaking of the four kilometers long Kartarpur Corridor.

The event was attended by Chief of Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Afridi, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul Haq Qadri and Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed, as well as Indian ministers, foreign diplomats, Sikh yatris and a delegation of Indian journalists.

The Indian delegation included Minister for Food Harsimrat Kaur Badal, Minister for Housing Hardeep S. Puri, Indian Punjab Minister for Local Government and Tourism and former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu.
