PM Imran will meet tribal elders of North and South Waziristan to discuss important issues.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Imran Khan will embark on his first visit to North Waziristan in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province today (Monday) after assuming the PM office, Dunya News reported.

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mehmood Khan, will also accompany Prime Minister during his visit.

The prime minister will meet tribal elders of North and South Waziristan to discuss important issues regarding security, development and basic facilities in the tribal districts, formerly agencies in the erstwhile Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).

During his visit, Prime Minister is likely to announce a big package for Miranshah that may include construction of universities, hospitals, and sports complex.
