Railways profit surged by Rs1 bln in 50 days of 'tabdeeli sarkar'

Pakistan Railways had launched two new trains.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – In the first fifty days of tabdeeli-inspired govt, net profit of Pakistan Railways has soared by record Rs1 bln.

From the period of August to October this year, Pakistan Railways earned Rs6.70 bln. During the same period in the previous month, the figures stood at Rs5.70 bln.

It is pertinent here to mention that incumbent Railways Minister had promised wide-ranging reforms since assuming office. In just two months, railways had lunched two new trains.
