Pakistan Navy seizes hashish worth millions of dollars
The seized narcotic was later handed over to relative authorities
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Maritime Security Agency on Wednesday conducted a joint operation against anti-drug in south part of Arabian Sea and seized three tons of Hashish.
In a statement issued by the Pakistan Navy, the intelligence based operation was conducted in coordination with Anti Narcotics Force (ANF).
Successful culmination of such an intricate maritime operation signifies the maturity of jointness, coordination and cooperation of our maritime forces, the statement said.
“Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Maritime Security Agency will play their effective role for the rule of law in Arabian Sea,” it added.
The seized narcotic was later handed over to relative authorities.
