Summary Petitioner accuses Musharraf of launching the Lal Masjid operation and violating the constitution.
Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday adjourned a hearing against former president Pervez Musharraf until April 6. The council for the petitioner, Rana Alamuddin Ghazi, submitted that Musharraf violated the constitution and killed innocent people in the Lal Masjid operation, hence, proceedings should be started against him under Article 6.
