Summary A local court Thursday extended the remand of the PML-Q leader Moonis Elahi for another four days.

On Thursday, the Federal Investigation Agency produced Moonis before the court and requested for a six-day physical remand. The counsel for the accused submitted that Moonis had nothing to do with the affairs of National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), therefore, there was no need to grant a physical remand. The court, however, handed over Moonis to the FIA on a four-day physical remand.
