Rain in Lahore, other cities turns weather pleasant
Rain in Lahore and other cities across the country on Tuesday brought the mercury down.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Rain with gusty winds in Lahore and other cities of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday turned the weather pleasant and brought the mercury down and provided much needed relief to the citizens from hot weather.
Rain was also recorded in other parts of Punjab including Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Jhang, Sargodha, Chiniot, Pir Mehal, Gojra, Kot Momin, Jaranwala, Nankana Sahib, Pindi Bhattian, Renala Khurd and Darya Khan.
Rain with gusty winds in parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Peshawar, Mansehra and Tank broke the hot spell and brought the mercury down.
Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted more rain in Islamabad, Lahore, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Quetta and other cities across the country during the next 24 hours.
