Khan says restrictions could also be imposed on Pakistan

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Monday said that India celebrated former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif’s statement regarding Mumbai attack.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Monday, he said that Nawaz Sharif’s statement has damaged Kashmir cause and restrictions could also be imposed on Pakistan.

Pakistan’s name was already in the grey list, he added.

Khan asked why Sharif had not said anything during the last five years when he was prime minister of the country, adding that he has been making drama for another National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) but said it won’t happen now.

“The only organised institution left in the country is Army,” he said and added conspiracies were being hatched to weaken this institution.

The PTI chairman went on to say that whole Indian campaign was against Pakistan Army but entire nation is standing along with the country’s armed forces.

Imran said that Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and and Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif are siding with the Nawaz for their own interest, adding that only 14 days of the government have left.

Khan demanded the prime minister and punjab chief minister to step down and inclusion of Nawaz’s name in the Exit Control List (ECL) after lodging a case against him under Article 6 of the constitution.
