Summary PTI chief Imran said court's honour would have been hurt had Election Act 2017 not been dismissed
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Imran Khan said on Wednesday that a corruption man cannot head political party, adding that the honour of court would have been hurt had the Election Act of 2017 not been dismissed.
Talking to Kamran Shahid on his talk show, “Court’s honour in the eyes of people would have been hurt if the Election Act was not dismissed.”
He opined that no parliament in the world made such laws as “corrupt person cannot head party”. The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman said that people give vote while the courts give verdicts. “Parliament cannot play the role of judiciary,” he added.
While talking about Supreme Court verdict to disqualify Nawaz Sharif as party head, Imran slammed the PML-N majority in parliament who sided with “a corrupt person”.

He said that his wedding as nothing to do with other people as it is his personal matter. Imran Khan praised that his wife believes in sufism like him and that she said nothing about dreaming that he will become PM.
