Summary PTI chief Imran Khan has directed Babar Awan to prepare an application to be submitted in SC.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to move Supreme Court on delay in Federally Administered Tribal Area (FATA) merger in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Dunya News reported.
Babar Awan held a meeting with PTI chief Imran Khan on Wednesday during which Imran asked him to prepare an application in this regard to be submitted in the Supreme Court.
Imran Khan also directed him to review various legal aspects in details regarding FATA s future. Babar Awan will submit potential legal options to PTI chief for approval.
Both the leaders also discussed current political situation in the country during the meeting.
