SARGODHA (Dunya News) – At least six labourers were killed in rock sliding in Chak 126 Janoobi of Tehsil Silanwali near Sargodha on Wednesday.
According to details, the labourers were busy in drilling and blasting in the hilly area of Chak 126 Janoobi when rocks fell on them. Local residents and rescue teams recovered the dead bodied of the labourers after a hectic rescue operation which lasted for several hours.
The deceased were identified as Kamran, Falak Sher, Abid, Ijaz, Bashir and Shahid. Four of the deceased belonged to village Lalian near Sargodha.
