LAHORE: (Dunya News) – In another shocking revelation in the kidney scandal, a Jordan national’s death during the transplant has also been confirmed. The female patient died during the transplant and the doctors sent her body back to Jordan with a fake death certificate, reported Dunya News.
The suspects revealed during the investigations that a woman named Salma had come from Jordan for kidney transplant but died during the operation. Dr Fawad got a fake death certificate made from a private hospital and sent her body back to her country.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has now started tightening the noose around the private hospital’s neck as well while several hotels are also being raided. According to sources, the 9 arrested suspects have made several revelations in the light of which the investigations are moving forward.
