LONDON: (Dunya News) – A three-nation meeting was on Tuesday held in London as Britain took the initiative to tone down the hostilities between Pakistan and Afghanistan on the issues of terrorism and border security, reported Dunya News.

According to details, Pakistan’s Foreign Advisor Sartaj Aziz, British Foreign Minister Mark Grant and Afghan Security Advisor met today in London where Britain acted as the mediator between the Afghan and Pakistani representatives.

It is pertinent to mention here that the Pak-Afghan border has been sealed for an unknown period after the investigations of recent terrorist attacks in Pakistan led to their handlers in Afghanistan. The closing down of the border has affected the trade between the two countries heavily.
