COAS Bajwa makes telephonic conversation with US Defence Secretary
Army Chief congratulated James Mattis on his appointment
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor tweeted about telephonic conversation between Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa and the newly appointed US Defence Secretary James Mattis.

Army Chief congratulated James Mattis on assuming the office. DG Inter-Services Public Relations told that their conversation lasted twenty minutes.
On the other hand, US Defence Secretary praised Pakistan Army and sacrifices made by the nation in fight against terrorism.
The two talked about ensuring the peace and gaining mutual benefit through bilateral relations between Pakistan and America.
