JARANWALA (Dunya News) – Police in Faisal Park area in Jaranwala have foiled a bid for marriage of a 10-year-old girl with a 35-year-old man on Thursday, Dunya News reported.
Police have arrested father of the groom and four wedding guests from the spot and registered a case. The groom and Nikah Khawan managed to escape from the scene.
Police said that the raids are being carried out to apprehend the groom and Nikah Khawan.
