Summary PTI leader has also apologised to recommend Ajmadullah as a candidate
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has accused Amjadullah for taking money to join Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) during by-elections of NA 245 while Amjadullah has rejected the allegations and criticised Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), reported Dunya News.
Amjadullah, a strong candidate of PTI in by-elections of NA 245 switched to MQM at the last moment. After which PTI members called in a press conference but was of no use. Najmi Alam of PPP also accused MQM in a press conference. Later, Farooq Sattar also attended a press conference and said that Amjadullah asked MQM for loyalty and MQM fulfilled it.
Amjadullah rejected the allegations of taking money and said that he has joined MQM out of his own will as there is a lot of discrimination between rich and poor in PTI. He said that MQM is really a party of literates. PTI also came in the limelight when Imran Ismail demanded re-election in NA 245. PTI leader has also apologised to recommend Ajmadullah as a candidate.
