PFA raids illegal slaughter house, recovers unhealthy meat
Police have arrested 2 men as 80 Kg of unhealthy meat has been taken into custody
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Food Authority (PFA) Director Ayesha Mumtaz along with her team raided an illegal slaughter on Thursday, reported Dunya News.
PFA under the supervision of Ayesha Mumtaz has raided an illegal slaughter house in Liaquat Town where animals were being slaughtered.
Slaughter house was sealed by the authorities due to extreme unhygienic conditions.
Earlier, Ayesha Mumtaz has exposed several restaurants, bakeries and earing spots with unhygienic kitchen conditions and usage of expired food products that were being served to the people.
Ayesha has been praised by the public for doing a tremendous job however Lahore High Court (LHC) had stopped Ayesha to post pictures of raided spots on social media.
