Imran khan again threatens to protest over NA 122 probe
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Imran Khan has again threatened on Wednesday to start protests if they are denied justice in National Assembly (NA) constituency 122, reported Dunya News.
Speaking on the decision of election tribunal on NA 122 plea by Aleem Khan, the Chairman PTI said that PTI is asking for justice and if they are denied of it they have the right to come on the streets for protests.
During a press conference, Chairman PTI welcomed the decision by Army Chief General Raheel Sharif for his decision of not taking extension in his tenure. He said that it has only increased General Raheel Sharif’s honor.
Chairman PTI said that there is a decrease of 87% of terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. He further said that civil-military leadership have to think more on the issue of terrorism. He said we should not believe that we have won the war, it will continue.
On a question about his marriage he laughed and avoided any clear response, Imran Khan said he has no knowledge if his sisters have chosen any suitor.
Imran Khan also visited the house of former District Nazim Lahore, the Chairman of Dunya Media Group and Punjab Group of Colleges Mian Amer Mahmood. Chairman PTI condoled with Mian Amer on the death of his father, Mian Zahoor Ul Haq.
