Summary Opposition leader angry on govt on passing privatisation bill of PIA in their absence

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Opposition leader Khursheed shah expressed his anger on the government on passing privatisation bill of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) in the assembly on Wednesday in absence of the opposition, reported Dunya News.

According to the details, the opposition leader has said that if government tried to forcefully privatise PIA then they will face huge opposition from them. He said that when government has given air-route to the international airlines how PIA can earn.

The opposition also criticized the government on taking record debts from international institutions. He said that government is making money from high petrol prices instead of giving relief to the public.

Khursheed Shah said that the price of petrol should be Rs. 36 per liter. He said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has built a 100 billion Metro Bus project and is now giving annual Rs. 4 billion subsidies on it.
