ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – As candidates scramble in a last ditch effort for votes, a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) female candidate is running an eccentric electoral campaign. Kindly dubbed as Zaitoon “Khala” (Aunt), her election campaign consists of visiting houses of her supporters and meeting potential voters, including the young and old.
The merry election campaign certainly has a more festive and “partying” atmosphere as Zaitoon is followed by an entourage of kids everywhere she goes including her visits to different houses trying to convince people to vote for the "bat".
Zaitoon is above 60 years of age; however her vigor to help the nation is definitely commendable.
She is contesting for the position of Lady Councilor.
