Summary 6-member committee of both parties set up for joint strategy between 2 parties for LB polls
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) has on Tuesday announced support for Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) in NA-122 and a 6-member joint committee has been set up for collaboration in the future elections and local body elections between the two parties, reported Dunya News.
Holding a press conference at PAT central secretariat in Lahore, PAT leader Khurram Nawaz Gandapur announced support for PTI candidate in NA-122 and said that the support is basically aimed at forming a grand alliance against Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N).
Speaking on this occasion, PTI Punjab Organizer Chaudhry Sarwar said that NA-122 by-election is not just Lahore’s election but it will set the tone for entire Pakistan. He said that PAT also had a role to play in NA-122 by-election.
