LAHORE (Dunya News) – Addressing an election rally on Monday in Lahore’s village of Saidan Shah, the Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali promised electricity for Lahore. While the Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique severely criticized Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Imran Khan during the election rally.

According to the details, the Federal Minister for Railways while addressing the rally stated that terrorism escalated during former President of Pakistan General (Retired) Pervaiz Musharraf’s and Pakistan Peoples Party’s leader Asif Ali Zardari’s time in power.

Meanwhile a power outage occurred as the Minister for Water and Power stated that electricity break downs had been cut back to 4 hours which were occurring for 18 hours a day previously. Rafique continued his address during the power outage.

Both leaders strongly criticized their opponents during the address. They also appealed to the crowd to vote for Pakistan Muslim League’s (PML-N) candidate Ayaz Sadiq in the NA-122 by-elections.
