NEW YORK: (Dunya News) – Foreign Advisor Sartaj Aziz has on Sunday said that Pakistan can help restore peace talks between Afghan Taliban and Afghan government if the Afghan government wishes so, reported Dunya News.
Addressing a ceremony held in New York regarding peace in Afghanistan, Sartaj Aziz hoped for restoration of the peace talks.
Speaking on the occasion, US Foreign Secretary John Kerry said that the US supports talks between Afghan government and Taliban for restoration of peace in Afghanistan.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi also announced support for peace talks for the peaceful end of Afghan war on this occasion.
