LAHORE (Daily Dunya) – Intelligence agencies on Tuesday apprehended a worker of banned outfit from a private university who has been shifted to some undisclosed place for interrogation.
As per details, intelligence agencies on a tip off raided the hostel of University of Management and Technology where Qari Shahryar was arrested whereas jahadi material and hundreds of books have also been confiscated from his possession.
Sharyar, president of banned outfit in Punjab, used to provide Jahadi literature to the students whereas according to Senior House Officer (SHO), the culprit was continuously training new students for terrorism.
On the other hand, UMT’s Spokesman denied having any kind of link of felon with the university.
