Summary Ballot papers are vulnerable to burglary in Security Printing Press, says PTI candidate

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) NA-246 by-election candidate Imran Ismail on Saturday has said that the counting of votes must be done under the supervision of the Pakistan Rangers.

He expressed these views while talking to the media.

He said that ballots are vulnerable to burglary from the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation Limited.

Earlier, PTI had leveled allegations on rival party in the by-election, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM). The party leadership said that the people dealing with the printing process are being manipulated by MQM. Both Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) and PTI had shown reservations over the matter as according to them, MQM had its members ‘handling’ the ballots’ printing.
