All SC decisions in accordance with constitution: CJP

Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has reiterated that all decisions of the Supreme Court are in accordance with the constitution of the country. He claimed that the number of cases filed in the Supreme Court (SC) reflects the trust and confidence of masses on the SC.CJP was addressing from a gathering organized to register new lawyers where he urged the lawyers to make decisions in accordance with the constitution. He said that if the decisions are made according to the constitution than all parties should accept the verdicts. CJP also urged the lawyers to come prepared into the SC so they could assist the court appropriately. CJP added that interpretation of the law is the responsibility of the lawyers.
