Summary Investigating team found the culprit allotted a piece of land to a woman after being bribed
LAHORE (Daily Dunya) – A Patwari, Amjad Ali, was apprehended by the Anti-corruption officials of Lahore region after it was established he allotted someone else’s land to a woman after taking Rs 50,000 bribe.
The sources said that an investigation was launched after a local had filed a complaint against Amjad to the Anti Corruption unit.
The Circular Officer Headquarter booked and arrested the Patwari after the investigation implicated him.
Amjad will now stand trial against the charges.
