ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will chair a high-level meeting in Islamabad today (Tuesday) to discuss country’s security.
Interior Minister Ch. Nisar Ali Khan, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif and Director General (DG) Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Lt. Gen. Rizwan Akhtar will attend the meeting.
The participants will review progress on national action plan against terrorism and discuss ways to ensure effective implementation of twenty point national action plan agreed upon by all political parties.
The national plan was adopted in the wake of Peshawar school tragedy to prepare a comprehensive strategy to counter terrorism.
