Summary Court ceased the trail against all including Pervez Musharraf.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) Justice Athar Minallah wrote the 5 page detailed decision. It is said in decision that federal government cannot do anything against ex chief justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, ex Prime Minister (PM) Shaukat Aziz and ex federal minister Zahid Hamid.
It is mentioned in the decision that all related groups including federal government are agreed on the end trial for treason case, so in present circumstances, it would be useless to make only Musharraf face the trial.
The special court has also stopped to work on the case in order to deliver each party with justice.
It is also said in the decision that court hearings on applications about treason cases would be held on daily basis from 3rd of February 2015.
