SC exempts Nusrat Bhutto from appearance in court

Supreme Court exempted Nusrat Bhutto from in person appearance in the court on medical grounds in a reference on Friday.A bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the suo moto notice taken by the court.The court ordered the Prosecutor General to present the Accountability Court order and Nusrat Bhuttos medical certificate.The case has been adjourned till May 5.
