ATC to resume hearing of judges detention case today
Anti-Terrorism Court will resume hearing of judges detention case against Pervez Musharraf today.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) judge Atiq-ur-Rehman will hear the case today (Friday).
During previous hearing the court expressed its annoyance over continuous non-appearance of former military ruler Gen (Retd) Pervez Musharraf in judges' detention case and summoned his two guarantors on the next hearing.
Besides summoning two guarantors, ATC Judge Atiq-ur-Rehman also issued summons to Musharraf and directed him to appear before the court on April 25.
