KARACHI (Web Desk): Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), on Wednesday seemed unhappy over Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s offer of talks to terrorists, saying that PM Sharif is pursuing a ‘policy of appeasement.’
In some tweets following the PM Sharif’s address in the National Assembly, Bilawal asked the government what pre-conditions have been set for the talks.
“I want him (PM Sharif) to be our Churchill. Unfortunately he is becoming our Neville Chamberlain pursuing policy of appeasement,” he said.
He said that the government should give a report on how successful talks with Taliban have been over the nine last months.
Bilawal taunted: “Let s change constitution. No matter what u do, treason, terrorism or mass murder. No prison & no consequences every1 b give option for talks.”
Earlier, opposition Leader Khursheed Shah who also belongs to PPP had assured complete support to Prime Minister.
