ISLAMABAD (DUnya News) - A meeting of joint committee on Pakistan-China economic corridor is in progress in Islamabad.
Pakistani delegation is led by Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal while the Chinese side is led by Zhang Xiaoqiang.
The meeting is discussing details of Pak-China corridor including rail and road link from Kashgar to Gwadar.
The project also includes construction of 200 kilometers long tunnel which will link both the countries and facilitate trade and commuters.
An agreement in this regard was signed during the visit of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to China.
