Summary Provincial government is trying to set three such courts in every district.

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) Peshawar mobile court has started serving in the province on regular basis and disposed of first case in this regard. 

In Hayat Abad, mobile court’s civil judge Fazl Wadood conducted hearing of 19 civil and criminal cases. He also announced his judgment regarding property dealer association case.

Parties were clashing each other over Rs 0.6 million since one year. The judge heard arguments from parties and ordered to distribute the money between them by Rs 0.3 million each.

Judicial Academy Peshawar Director Hayat Ali Shah visited mobile courts and reviewed their performance on the very first day.

He vowed that about 72 lawyers and 48 judges would be trained during current year and this service to be extended across the province.
