Summary Policemen from five districts failed to recover their colleagues from captivity of dacoits.
ROJHAN (Dunya News) – Chhotu Mazari gang has put up several demands to the government on Saturday for release of the abducted policmen.
The gang has demanded that authorities must order police to end the operation and leave the riverside area. The gang has also demanded release of three of its members including gang leader s newphew from jail.
They have also demanded release of women and children from police custody and removal of pickets from the Kacha Jamal area.
On Saturday, the bandits had captured the three river islands near Kachi Jamal area and taken nine police personnel hostage. One of them later succumbed to his injuries.
The gang of kidnappers led by Ghulam Rasool alias Chhotu escaped from the area as 700 policemen from five districts failed to recover their colleagues from captivity of dacoits.
