LAHORE (Dunya News) - Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said the government is working on war footing to overcome energy crisis.
He was talking to WAPDA Chairman Syed Raghib Shah who called on him in Lahore today.
The Chief Minister directed WAPDA to complete its ongoing projects at the earliest. He also directed the authority to devise coordinated strategy for checking line losses.
Earlier‚ Shahbaz Sharif presided over a high level meeting to review the implementation of energy projects in the province.
The meeting also discussed ways to generate energy through bio-gas and other alternative sources.
