ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Following the directives of the Special Narcotics Court (SNC), the account details of former prime minister Yusuf Raza Gilani‚ his wife Fouzia Gilani and sons Ali Musa Gilani and Abdul Qadir Gilani have been submitted in the court on Saturday.
Meanwhile, former federal minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin has also submitted his asset details.
The SNC, Rawalpindi Judge Arshad Mehmood Tabasum was hearing the ephedrine quota case today where Ali Musa Gilani’s lawyer Chaudhry Faisal Hussain submitted the accounts details of the Gilani family members.
According to the provided details, Musa Gilani has Rs 1.53 million in his account, Abdul Qadir Gilani Rs 4.44 million and Fouzia Gilani has Rs 27,226 in her account.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till July 30.
On Saturday, Judge Arshad Mehmood Tabasum issued notices to Yusuf Raza Gilani‚ his wife and sons Ali Musa Gilani and Abdul Qadir Gilani in the ephedrine quota case and directed them to submit their replies by July 13.
Notices were also issued to fifteen other accused‚ including former federal minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin‚ his wife and sons with the direction to submit their replies by the deadline. The court had also directed them to disclose their sources of income.
They are accused of making illegal assets by misusing ephedrine quota.
