Islamic Ideological Council has recommended that preaching of cults should be limited to mosques to end the culture of terming terrorism as Jihad, reported Dunya News. On the instructions of President Asif Ali Zardari, proposals prepared by Islamic Ideological Council say that religious groups leadership should be made bound to have mutual harmony and doors of external intervention should be closed. Council further proposed that performance of civil and military intelligence should be reviewed to strengthen them so that political support of terrorists could be countered. The council says that media should avoid creating sensationalism about terrorism activities while Muslim should devise a collective strategy to counter it.
