General Tariq Majid calls on PM Gilani

Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Tariq Majid called on Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Wednesday at Prime Minister House. The Chairman JCSC briefed the Prime Minister on matters relating to national security. Law and order situation in the country was also discussed in the meeting. Senator Islam-ud-Din also called on Prime Minister Gilani and briefed the PM about ongoing development projects in his area. Talking to High Commissioner nominated for Nigeria Major General (R) Asif Doraiz, the PM said that Asif Doraiz, the PM said that embassies should play active role to solve the problems of overseas Pakistanis.
