LAHORE: Lahore High Court Justice Ijaz-ul-Hassan heard a petition regarding the court of contempt.
The petitioner informed the court that the patients have been suffering due to doctor’s strike and government’s negligence. He said doctors are observing strikes without solid reasons and the secretary health is not trying to solve the issue.
The applicant urged the LHC to carry out the contempt of court proceeding against the parties.
The court accepted the petition and issued notices to the parties for submitting their reply within 10 days.
