ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court s bench hearing the case concerning the death of NAB investigator Kamran Faisal granted 10-day time to submit reservations over the constitution of the apex court bench.
A two-judge bench of the apex court headed by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja heard the case on Friday.
During the course of proceedings, NAB prosecutor general KK Agha said the registrar’s office had objected to the written reservations. He requested the court to give more time so that they can remove the objections raised by the registrar’s office.
