A deadly measles outbreak has left at least three more children dead, mounting the death toll to 487 across the country while 453 children died in Sindh only, Dunya News reported on Friday.
According to reports gathered from different parts of Sindh, one child died in Kandhkot during the last 24 hours, rising the overall toll of the district to 168.
Meanwhile, measles claimed two lives in Badin today.
